What’s your coaching style like?

Practical, grounded, and honest. I won’t hand you generic advice—but I will help you see things clearly, challenge stuck patterns, and build tools that actually work. You can expect real conversation, structured support, and space to figure out what’s yours.

Do I need to be burned out or struggling to benefit?

Not at all - some clients are on the edge of burnout, some simply want some support, structure and accountability to attain their goals. That's what I'm here for!

How long does 1:1 coaching last?

Most clients work with me over three months. That gives us space to go deep, create momentum, and build something that holds after the sessions end. You’ll get structure, continuity, and support between sessions too. If you want to change the cadence at any point, we can switch it up.

Can I pay in instalments?

My payment platform doesn’t offer instalment plans by default, but if you’d like to discuss alternative arrangements, just get in touch. I’m always happy to talk.

What if I’m not sure which offer is right for me or I don't feel ready?

Start with a discovery call. We’ll talk through where you’re at, what you’re looking for, and which format best supports you—whether that’s 1:1, group work, or something short and focused. Maybe you're not ready, but at least you'll know where to call when you are.

Is your coaching trauma-informed or accredited?

Yes. I’m ACCPH-accredited, and my work is shaped by trauma-aware and identity-conscious practice. You can expect structure, boundaries, and a space built with care. If that means pairing with your therapist or psychiatrist, taking periods of rest when needed, changing the coaching cadence, then we'll work out what's best for you.
